First Ever FOTD

I have spent ages debating whether or not to put this up. I'm not the most confident of people, and unfortunately I am never happy with the way I look! My love of makeup far outweighs this though, so my current thinking is what the hell, why not!  

So, this is what I wore this evening to go out for dinner. I have been steering myself away from my usual smoky eyes and going for a softer look, but adding abit of a twist with lilac eyeliner.  I struggled with the lighting on my camera, and it washing me out, I don't look that pale really I promise! If anyone has any tips for taking photos I would be really grateful :)

    I love this look, I've got some Body Shop Shimmer Cubes lying around somewhere but I was never very sure how to use them as I find they are so so shimmery sometimes, so I may give something a bit more subtle like this a go (: x

      Yeah they are really shimmery aren't they! I'm not too keen on the texture of them either but I somehow made them work for this look! Xx
